- A few years ago my husband of 10+ years decided that he didn't want to be married....to me at least. About the 4th day in, I decided that I wasn't going to be ugly, nasty, bitter or angry. So I pulled up my boots and started walking down the new road. I believe in family, long conversations, coffee ice cream, kisses, treating people right, cashmere, cereal for dinner, sweet guys, honesty and a long Sunday afternoon nap.
